Angela Watkins, MCA is the current Small Business Development Program Manager for the Port of Portland. In this role she is responsible for the Port’s nationally recognized Mentor/Protégé Program, MWESB/DBE outreach, oversight of all small business goals in contracting, purchasing, and airport concessions. Angela also works to build the small businesses in the metro region through education, mentoring, and training. Angela has been actively involved in BDI (and previously with MBOC) for close to 4 years. She has held a number of Board positions including Chair, Vice-Chair, and Treasurer.

Sara Martin has been the inside sales manager at the Daily Journal of Commerce for over four years, and is the current vice chair for BDI. Sara’s main focus is to develop new concepts and create relationships with the Commercial Construction Industry, specifically DMWESB Firms and making sure the DJC works for them. Sara graduated from Binghamton University in her home state of New York with a degree in Psychology.

Cinna'Mon Williams, CPPO, CPPB, MCA is the current Procurement and Contracts Manager for Home Forward, the new name for the Housing Authority of Portland. In this role she is responsible for oversight of all contracting, purchasing, procurement card, and MWESB outreach activity on behalf of the agency. Cinna'Mon has been actively involved in BDI (and previously with MBOC) for close to 15 years. She has held a number of Board positions including Chair, Vice-Chair, Treasurer, and past president.

Kimberly Sutton is the Diversity and Transit Equity Rep/Contract Compliance Officer for TriMet. She manages the agencies DBE program and works to promote opportunities and help build the capacity of state-certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprises as prime and subcontractors on TriMet's projects.
