Who We Are

For over 20 years, BDI has been a partnership of public, private and non-profit organizations who strive to enhance contracting opportunities and support minority-owned and woman-owned businesses in Oregon and SW Washington state.

BDI is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization providing a variety of high-value training and education events, including the signature Minority Enterprise Development [MED] Week annual fall award recognitions.
