Welcome to the Business Diversity Institute, Inc.

The Business Diversity Institute (BDI), formerly known as Minority Business Opportunity Committee (MBOC), has provided education and enhanced contracting opportunities to minority owned businesses and entrepreneurs for over twenty years. Through year round training designed to boost the capacity and knowledge of minority owned businesses in Oregon and SW Washington. Among the prominent events associated with this organization, Minority Enterprise Development Week has celebrated the success and contributions of minority owned businesses for over two decades.

BDI is managed on a volunteer basis and includes representatives from the federal, state, and local government agencies as well as several major construction companies, and local small businesses.
